Venita Snyder is America's universal change agent. A highly sought-after speaker, coach, consultant and author of the soon-to-be-released series of books, “I Have Sinned”, she helps individuals, organizations and communities improve by identifying and expanding beyond the root causes of pain, trauma and adverse decisions from the past that hinder the present, and limit their future.
A divorced mother of three amazing children and two cherished grandchildren, Venita's story is one of remarkable resilience. Having overcome traumas born from adoption, abuse, and teen pregnancy, as well as, rising above infidelity, divorce and a tumultuous cycle of self-doubt, and negative self-reinforcement, she advocates from a place of real and substantial experience.
Through growth, triumph and faith, she's emerged as a beacon of light for those also seeking to be free from parallel journeys undertaken, often in a manner that doesn't serve them.
Venita's relationship with God is the center and source of her wisdom, knowledge, understanding, motivation, and actions. Through this ever-evolving relationship, she's been able to serve thousands of people. She's looked upon as a Spiritual Mother to many and routinely gives of herself at various churches, and organizations, and to countless strangers. Venita is a member of One- A Potter’s House Church in Los Angeles which is headed by Pastors Touré Roberts and Sarah Jakes Roberts.

Her professional experience spans multiple industries and includes leadership roles within religious establishments, the biotech industry, and accounting. She served as an Organizational Change Consultant with Oracle, Center Quality Manager with Grifols, and various roles as a Business Support Specialist and Team Leader with Express Scripts. As a business consultant, Venita has helped numerous companies improve their operations. She is the founder of 4 Her Purpose Enterprises, LLC and its associated entities where she engages clients as a Speaker, Coach, Author and Business Consultant. Venita has the distinguished PROSCI Certification of Certified Change Practitioner as well as additional Human Performance Leadership certification achieved through Practicing Perfection Institute. She also is certified through the American Society of Quality as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) with emphasis in TQM process management.
Venita is passionate about helping people heal from their past pains. She practices what she promotes and facilitates others to successful outcomes. With marching orders from God, she edifies, empowers, and elevates; and it brings about change!
